ROTC Faculty Fellowship Program

The ROTC Faculty Fellowship (also known as the ARL ROTC Graduate Fellowship) is a competitive, financially supported opportunity designed for U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) and Army National Guard (ARNG) ROTC graduates who are ready to pursue graduate‑level education in fields that directly support Army modernization and national defense research priorities.

Building on the Army’s investment in undergraduate ROTC training, this fellowship provides comprehensive financial support and one‑on‑one research mentorship through the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Army Research Laboratory (DEVCOM ARL). Fellows engage in Army‑relevant research while earning a master’s or doctoral degree in STEM or business disciplines aligned with research and development.
