Letter of Recommendation – filled out by your senior capstone or honors thesis advisor, or if you have not selected one yet, your academic advisor. Download the blank letter of recommendation here.
Your most recent resume – current 1–2 page résumé—PDF format—that includes your name and contact info, education (institution, degree, major, expected graduation date), key skills, and relevant experience/projects.
List of all STEM classes you feel are relevant to the opportunities that you are applying to.
